Welcome to ROCKS Water

No slick slogans or tricky words. We are located in the mountains just above Boise. Our natural spring is located just outside my window where I am typing this. The water flows to our holding tanks then into the bottles we provide to our satisfied customers. There's nothing else like it around. Try it and taste the difference.

Please Recycle!

Now if you can't think of a way to recycle your bottles, here is an idea! When we first started our business, we looked into buying a corn based (PLA) bottle, but decided against it for now because the technology has not yet arrived in many ways. The biggest reason is the misconception that they decompose on their own. Granted they will "melt" after a certain amount of time when exposed to heat greater thatn 140 degrees (and crack and leak in the cold), but they don't actually decompose on their own. They have to go to a special facility, different than that of one that recycles plastics. We do not have a facility for PLA bottles in Boise. In fact, if PLA gets mixed in with plastic, it can ruin the plastic batch. Another reason is that there are no places in the United States that produce these bottles. The closest is in Canada, which would defeat the purpose of trying to be "green." So for now, we use plastic. We encourage people to recycle plastic, just as you would other recyclable items. Recycled plastic is used for many things from decking to t-shirts! Yes, I have my favorite recycled plastic bottle BSU t-shirt. We hope to offer ROCKS Water ROCKS! T-shirts on recycled plastic bottles in the near future!
